I understand small businesses because I have one. With over 20 years of experience working with small businesses, I know what is needed to increase cash flow and sales. Small business owners wear many hats to operate their businesses and I know that sometimes, I find myself wearing multiple hats. This has equipped me to recognize that each business is unique - so it's crucial to tailor the tools needed for that particular small business and the specific action plan to achieve its goals. Good advice and planning for growth can only come from those of us that understand what small business owners need to implement that strategy.
